The Unions are pushing for legislation to make it easier to organize unrepresented employees. They want binding card-checks and binding interest arbitration. Even if a watered-down version of EFCA passes (for example, providing for unions to have increased access to your employees, quicker NLRB elections and increased penalties for any employer misconduct), unions are likely to have more tools available to organize your employees.
